Expansion of the Beaulieu Park School Primary Phase into New Building
Last month we were joined by representatives from Essex County Council, R G Carter, Ingleton Wood LLP and Strutt & Parker to celebrate an important milestone in the construction of our brand-new primary school building for The Beaulieu Pak School as it expands to accommodate more local primary school pupils from September 2024.
The topping out ceremony marked completion of the highest point of the Net Zero two-storey building that will welcome pupils in the Autumn term this year.
Complete with a new sports hall and dining space, the expanded Beaulieu Park School primary school building will be one of the first Net Zero school buildings in Essex, utilising a variety of technologies from PV panels and air source heat pumps coupled with highly insulated fabric to create a fully sustainable space.
With space for an additional 420 primary pupil places, the new school building will become an exciting space for reception, key stage 1 and key stage 2 children to learn and grow in a modern and exciting educational environment.
