Environmental consciousness and sustainability are important to our Trust, and we believe in the importance of teaching our children to care for the environment and informing them of our responsibility within the world and how to safely enjoy it.

Children across the Trust have been enjoying forest school and teachers have been setting aside time for their students to enjoy green spaces, gaining insightful knowledge of the world outside the classroom.

Barnes Farm Infant School and Lakelands Primary School have noticed student enjoyment and appreciation for these opportunities flourishing, which have combined impactful environmental learning with memorable experiences.
